The Studio is available to hire Monday - Sunday from 7am to 10pm (we can be flexible based on your booking requirements, please inquire for special requests.)
The studio is not open to the public - bookings only or available for inspection by request.

Payments - payments are made through direct deposit or through Stripe or PayPal payment options. No cash is held on-site.
When booking directly through the online portal, we require a 50% deposit. The remaining 50% is due on the day of your shoot, which will be automatically processed via the card details provided.
Cancellation – cancellations must be made 72 hours before the booking to avoid a forfeit of your 50% deposit.
Overtime – your booking will be automatically docked at $120 per hour if your shoot runs over your allocated time. (please let us know in advance if you expect to run overtime and we will do our best to accomodate you)

Your hire will include:
Backdrops: You will have access to 1x 2.7m x 3m seamless paper backdrop stand and all available paper backdrop colours available at time of booking (please inquire about what we have available or if you have a special request.)
Lighting - The studio has an abundance of natural light that floods through 4mx4m south facing windows. You will also have access to 1x Amaran continuous light with light dome, diffuser and mesh.
Furniture - your hire will include access to the various couches, chairs, stools and tables which we have in the studio. (please be mindful there is a cleaning or replacement fee for any damage caused to the furniture during your booking)
Accessories - Access to all our C-stands, sand bags, light stands, tri-pods, diffusor and reflector kit. There is also a clothing steamer, hand held steamer and two clothing racks.
Other: - your hire will also include full access to the kitchenette with snacks, drinks and coffee. Free wifi is also included in the hire.

There is plenty of street parking right outside the Docklands Cotton Mills on Parker Street or Maribyrnong Street.
There is also an onsite 20minute parking spot right outside the studio to allow for drop off of any equipment or gear.
Parking in other reserved spaces is at your own risk of being towed.

The studio can accomodate smaller events and workshops for up to 50 people.
For hiring the studio for an event, please send us an inquiry, we would love to host you next event or workshop at the studio.

No, with your booking you must bring your own. If you would like to have a photographer or videographer or additional content creator, you can inquire about the various flexible packages and services that we offer.

We have a wide range of professional and commercial grade gear available for hire at the studio. Please inquire to get a full catalog and hire rates of our in house studio gear.

We have an add-on assistant fee option if you require help on your shoot.
This can include lighting set up, backdrop set up, providing props, and pack down.
Fee: $200 per hour.
Please note - you must book this ahead of time otherwise, we cannot guarantee availability.
